Pre K with Kristen offers two types of products, as well as bundles combining both:

• Digital PDF Downloads — such as the Summer Curriculum Bundle. These are delivered electronically immediately after purchase.
• Physical Subscription Boxes — such as the July Learning Box, fulfilled and managed through Appstle. These are curated, hands-on learning kits shipped to your door.

All digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial, single-household use only. You may not share, distribute, upload, resell, reproduce, or otherwise transfer any digital file or its contents to any other person or platform. Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of digital products is a violation of these terms and applicable copyright law.

Product descriptions, images, and contents are subject to change. We make every effort to accurately represent our products, but minor variations may occur.

All prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout system, which supports major credit cards and other accepted payment methods. Pre K with Kristen does not store your full payment card information.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for. Promotional pricing or discount codes are valid only for the period specified and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, which may be calculated and added at checkout based on your location.

Physical subscription box orders are managed through Appstle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the frequency specified at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly). Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the start of the next billing cycle through your customer account portal. Cancellations made after a billing cycle has begun will take effect at the end of that paid cycle — you will not be charged for future cycles, but the current period is non-refundable.

Pre K with Kristen reserves the right to update subscription terms, pricing, or box contents. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any material changes via the email address associated with your account. Continued subscription after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

All content on prekwithkristen.com and within our products — including but not limited to curriculum materials, printable worksheets, activity guides, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Pre K with Kristen and is protected by United States copyright law.

A purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased content for personal and family use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, sublicense, create derivative works from, sell, or otherwise exploit any content for commercial purposes or public display without express prior written permission from Pre K with Kristen.

Sharing digital files — whether via email, social media, file-sharing platforms, or any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.

The curriculum materials, activity guides, and educational content offered by Pre K with Kristen are intended as supplemental learning resources for use at home by parents and caregivers. They are designed to support early childhood development but are not a substitute for professional educational assessment, diagnosis, individualized education programs (IEPs), or advice from licensed educational specialists, therapists, or healthcare professionals.

Every child is unique, and individual results from using our materials will vary. Pre K with Kristen makes no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes or developmental milestones.

Our products and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
