Hi there! Whether you're downloading a fun learning activity or waiting for your monthly box to arrive at the door, I want the experience to feel easy and exciting. Here's everything you need to know about how shipping works at Pre K with Kristen.

Digital Products (PDF Downloads)

Great news — digital products ship instantly! The moment your purchase is complete, a download link will be sent directly to your email. No waiting, no shipping costs, and no need to be home for a delivery.

If you don't see your confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder — it sometimes ends up there. Still can't find it? Reach out to info@prekwithkristen.com and I'll get it sorted right away.

Quick reminder: Digital downloads are for personal use only and cannot be shared or redistributed. Your download link will be included in your order confirmation email.

Physical Subscription Box (July Learning Box)

The monthly learning box ships once per month at the beginning of each month. Standard shipping is included in the price of your subscription — there are no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout.

Boxes are shipped within the United States only via USPS or UPS, depending on carrier availability for your area. Once your box has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow along and know exactly when to expect your delivery!


Shipping Timeframes

After your box has shipped, please allow 5–10 business days for it to arrive. Transit times can vary depending on your location within the US.

Please keep in mind that carriers may experience delays during peak seasons, major holidays, or periods of high mail volume. If your box seems to be taking longer than expected, check the tracking information first — and if you're still concerned, don't hesitate to get in touch!

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Shipping timeframes begin on the date your box is picked up by the carrier, not the date of your order.

Address Changes

Moving or need to update your shipping address? No problem — just make sure to do it before the monthly cutoff date. Boxes are prepared and handed off to the carrier at the beginning of each month, so address changes cannot be made once that process has begun.

If you need to update your address, please email info@prekwithkristen.com as soon as possible. The sooner we hear from you, the better chance we have of catching it in time!


Lost or Damaged Packages

I want every box to arrive safe, sound, and ready to spark some learning! If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of your expected delivery date.

When you reach out, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the damage (for damaged packages)

Email all of the above to info@prekwithkristen.com and I'll work with you to make it right. Your child's learning experience matters to me, and I won't leave you hanging!


International Shipping

At this time, physical subscription boxes ship within the United States only. We are not able to ship internationally just yet, but it's something I hope to explore in the future as Pre K with Kristen continues to grow!

If you're located outside the US, you can still enjoy all of our digital PDF products, which are available to download worldwide — instantly, with no shipping required.
