All Sales Are Final
All purchases from Pre K with Kristen are final — I do not offer refunds or exchanges. Here's why: digital products are delivered instantly the moment your order is placed, and the monthly learning boxes are prepared and shipped fresh each cycle. Because of the nature of these products, I'm not able to accept returns.
That said, I genuinely want you to love what you receive! If something isn't right with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out — I'll always do my best to help.
Digital Products (PDF Downloads)
Our digital downloads are delivered instantly after purchase. Because you receive immediate access to the full content, I'm unable to issue refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Physical Subscription Box (July Learning Box)
Our physical subscription boxes ship monthly. Once your box has shipped, I'm unable to offer a refund for that month's order.
If your box arrives damaged, is missing an item, or contains something incorrect, please email me right away at info@prekwithkristen.com with a photo and your order details, and I'll make it right!
Bundle (Digital + Physical)
Purchases that include both a digital download and a physical box are subject to both policies above. The digital component is non-refundable once accessed, and the physical component is non-refundable once shipped. The individual policies above apply to each portion of the purchase accordingly.
Subscription Cancellations
Subscribers can cancel future renewals at any time directly from their account — no hassle, no hoops to jump through. Just log in and manage your subscription in the customer portal.
Please note that the current billing period is non-refundable. A cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid cycle, so you won't be charged again going forward.
Something Wrong with Your Order?
If your order arrives damaged, something is missing, or you received the wrong item, I want to know! Please email me at info@prekwithkristen.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo (for damaged or incorrect items)
I'll respond as quickly as I can and do everything I can to make it right. Your satisfaction really does matter to me!
